Are they? Or are they dropping back in coverage after the snap. It's not where they line up that counts.
Guess that's what I get for rushing. But when I went back it looked okay so you must've had a typo when you...oh you bastid, you did that fify thingy eh? There's nothing wrong with my post, you changed it you big fooler- I get it.
I disagree with the balance thing. Its a sports commentator's cliche. OPtion teams like Air Force, Navy, and even Georgia Tech has won games without ever throwing a pass. Its an attitude and there are so many different formations and wrinkles that can get receivers running the ball, backs, QBs, etc. When you throw playaction, you make it safe (like a Naked) and most of the time it winds up with a big gain. At least you will not be throwing interceptions or turning the ball over. The formula for winning games has never changed. 1) Win the turnover battle. 2) Stop the run. 3) Establish the run. 4) Time of possession. 5) Win on 3rd downs.
Did you know? Only once in the history of college football has a team won the game without completing a single pass....one of the service adademys, I don't remember which.
If I remember correctly a game about 2 weeks ago had an aflac trivia question about it, and the last time it happened was in like 2007, with Wake Forest vs. some cupcake EDIT: Plus Georgia Tech did it when they blew out that team 200 something to zero back when Heisman was their coach
