65 pass / 35 run Harris will complete 57% (125 for 220 for 1,650 yards) Jennings will complete 52% (41 for 80 for 450 yards) LF7 rushes for 1,400 yards
I was thinking 65/35 as well. 1500 for LF. Harris 59% Jennings 52% Jennings is you starter sooner than later. Harris will be in the doghouse after we lose to miss St and auburn.
52 would be an improvement for him. I don't see it. I think you're right, Harris gets the hook at some point, but I think Jennings chokes under the pressure of staying the starter and eventually gets the hook himself then we have another JJ Lee dual quarterback, play by scenario thing.
QB will have to hit that for the 60/40 to work out. I'm not saying they can't but that would be a huge improvement from last year. Some progress from the sub 50% pass completion and 75/25 split should be expected. I think more 65/35 split and your prediction as the best case. I expect to see a lot of Harris until he takes too many bad chances. (If he does.) He is the only hope.
He doesn't have to be a Jedi, but he has to be able to make a play now and then. Jennings will not do that.
