That's more like it. I hope he throws for more than 20. I know I sound like a mega pumper, but I hope Harris is a sleeping giant ready to emerge on the scene. If any school deserves this, its LSU. We have had such par and below play at QB, we are so far past due for a playmaker at that position its not even funny.

    I expect a 60% run--40% pass ratio.

I expect to see Fournette get 20-22 touches a game, some will be passes.

Quarterbacks have to hit 58% or better.

Jordan Jefferson had 4 in 2010. If you look up his numbers it will say 7 but 3 of them came in a bowl game. I like Jefferson and Lee more than Harris and Jennings. I think it's gonna be a long season at qb. Hope I'm wrong but like I said in another thread I've dropped my expectation level to below shit so I won't be disappointed.

I feel you bro. I haven't been able to get as excited as I usually do in August.

Bowl and conference stats count toward the season total now. In 2003 Justin Vincent didn't get to 1000 yards until game 14, the National Championship game but he is credited in the official states with a 1000 yard season

Me neither. It could be a special year but I just have to wait and see if the light has come on for Harris and if the lack of depth in the D line and at LB can be compensated for. And it's not looking real good for the Saints right now either.

My old man was grumbling about the Saints yesterday, mixed bag there with youth and veterans.

My sentiments exactly. I'll wait for tap to call me a Bama fan because I didn't go down on this team and let em blow their load in my face.

I do think the secondary will be amazing though.

No doubt, DBU should always prevail in Baton Rouge!

Yes. But the secondary is only as good as the pass rush. They will have to contribute there too.

Also I like harris' talent but I think he's full of shit when he talks. Guess we'll see if he's as dialed in as he's portraying.
