saw this on another board and I had to post this not sure if any of this rumors have any credibility whatsoever but some people were talking this up. How awesome would that be to see that go up?! Imagine how loud it could get in TS. really cool to dream about if that's all that ever happens.

It would be a total waste of money!! We only "actually" fill up TS now 2 or 3 games a year at the most and if it is filled up about 1/2 to 2/3 of us stay when there is a blow out game. What's the capacity now? 94,000. That is just right. Use that money to maybe renovate the PMAC big time.

I think I remember seeing all those images on another board. I am pretty sure someone just farked them and it isn't really a rumor.

It may be, but I am sure it's coming one day. I was thinking that earlier this year when I attended at game. And after that the north end will be extended.

Are you serious? Pretty much every game is sold out and every year we are breaking single game attendance records - sometimes a few times a year. I don't think it would be a waste of money at all.

I personally don't believe fans leave the game early due to lack of interest or enjoyment. The biggest problem we have on gameday is parking and traffic. We obviously have a logistics problem due to the proximity of the stadium to the river. If we could devise a better parking/traffic plan, I believe more fans would stay longer than the end of the 3rd quarter.

No offense to the B.R. and campus police but the traffic plan this year was horrible. They seemed to change the patterns each game. After one game this season, it took me almost 1 1/2 hours just to get off campus. The police had blocked the route that I used the previous week. :angryfire

I sure wish they could figure a way to use the existing railroad line to move people a few miles away to remote parking lots. Instead we just provide police escorts for our politicians because they're too important to wait in traffic like the rest of us.

Yes, almost every game is sold out, but that does not mean everyone who has a ticket is at the game. I've been going to Tiger games since I was 5 years old and am 34 now and every game I have been to has a but load of people selling tickets before the game.
