Definitely Lee's team from here on out. That won't be an issue. The only thing is whether we'll try to work JJ into the game at all within a series or for an entire series here and there.
Moore won't likely pull this case from under the grand jury halfway through. He may not push hard for prosecution tomorrow, though.
Pure speculation on my part but the Grand Jury is likely made up of 99% Tiger fans who know a snow job when they see one.
I think that's what was being intimated in the article. The GJ defers indicting and it's placed back in the DA's lap; he then tosses it, thus making him 'look good' for the upcoming election(s). It's why he sent it to GJ in the first place.
