The thread is about punishing hits. Not goofy kicks for three points. A WWE dropkick is what i meant.
He just seems like the one guy that does it more often that any other players in the league...I don't think that it is pretty much what his instincts tell him to do.
on the given play this past Sunday, he took a bad angle. What is he supposed to do? Let McNabb go by? That's just not how these guys think. And if anyone is suggesting he took a bad angle on purpose, then that is just insane.
well you attempt to tackle him legally and if you can't you let him go on by, yes. if you look at the tackle, you can see that McNabb was very close to destroying his knee unfortunately for Williams, he will probably struggle with this for the rest of his career and will force him to lose some of that aggressiveness that makes him a great hitting safety....combine that with his horrid coverage skills and he might not have a starting job in the very near future
I don't understand why he keeps tackling that way. One day he'll get Horse-collared and get hurt. Maybe he'll learn then.
No, you are wrong. There is not intent to hurt someone. Williams does it out of instinct to make the tackle.
well i realize that, i was being a little rough on the fella to make a point just so they keep suspending him without pay i am happy
