I enjoyed the atmosphere. In the hills of West Virginia, great attendance, all fans wearing yellow. And then the fog started rolling in in the second half made an eerie scene. And that church bell that you guys ring for strong performances. I think WV has a very good atmosphere for playing home games, especially at night.

What does he have to gain by "backing his team" in that instance? Nothing. He would just look like a whiny b!tch. It's called being humble and classy. When you go out there and decimate another team, the last thing you do is dwell on the inconsequential. When your team is getting decimated, you take your lumps and don't dwell on the inconsequential.

Your coach should take a cue from ours because that's how the big boys do it.

Pretty sure that's either from AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" or Metallica's "For Whom the Bells Toll". Either way, between that and the stupid Zombie Nation chant, WVU should really back off the pop-culture blitz if they want to portray the image of having a tradition.

Too many colleges hopping on the Zombie Nation bandwagon. Michigan, Penn St., and now WVU. It's unoriginal and shameless. "Hey, look at us! We use the same chant that 10 other schools also heard on the radio!"

You don't get it. The only outcome that matters is that your team got their azz handed to them by a superior team in their own stadium. It's over. Deal. Buh-bye, troll.

Welcome to the board. WVU has an impressive passing attack, and I wouldn't be surprised to see them win the Big East. When a team throws for over 400 yards on your defense, clearly you have work to do. Every fan base has its knuckleheads, so don't sweat it.

    +1

This is an example of a great first post. Admit you got handled by a better team and move on. Every school gets punched in the mouth once in awhile, if we wanted to get butt hurt over every little thing we'd start calling our game Soccer.

Goes both ways. I find WVU a good fit for the SEC. Avid fan base and some good talent. All schools have their classless fans.

You bring up a great point here Webb. Just look at the difference between what our Coach said/did and what your coach said/did.

The teams aren't the only thing that's league's apart.
