Again, WVU fans were yelling, "Bruuuuuce." I was there. And, every single time a LSU player went down with an injury, they were given a standing ovation as they walked off. That excludes the 3rd injury on the 2nd TD drive of the 3rd quarter, when the LSU player had a cramp. To state otherwise is just blatant lies. Sure, maybe a couple of idiot drunk-asses could have been booing at other injuries, but that is not reflective of the rest of the fans. And, not once did I put down the straight beastness of LSU's squad. Tyrann Mathieu is an animal and is going to have an amazing football career. He reminds of Laron Landry, but better. I could have sworn that your QB didn't throw one incompletion due to his swagger in the pocket. Great teams don't turn the ball over, and they especially don't in big games. I could go on and on about how great a team LSU is, but that wasn't the point of my thread. I just feel like some of the LSU threads are trying to paint our fanbase as a bunch of criminals who wish harm on the players, which is BS. It was a critical part in the game when the momentum was changing, and the string of injuries didn't feel like a coincendence to many of the fans. I mean, come on, you don't think faking injuries wasn't on the fans' minds after the coverage it got last week with the NFL??
Let's go down this hypothetical road of yours where the fans weren't booing T.Bob and people cheered for LSU players leaving the field. How do you explain this? If you can't read his lips, First word begins with B ends in -ull. Second word begins with S ends with -hit. If you're still having trouble I can break it down phonetically for you.
OK bro...since you were there, I guess I can't say anything in retort. Except I was there too...and sober by gametime. You're correct, Mathieu is badass. But the fact that you felt like our QB didn't throw any incompletions proves you don't pay very close attn to the games. Trust me...in Section 202, 203, and 204, and every single section across the field, your fans were booing T-Bob Hebert when he got injured...an OFFENSIVE LINEMAN! "I was there". And you should read around the board. Don't know of others, but I have already stated that 90% of your fanbase was great...before the game. I'd have to scale that back a bit for during the game, but other than the booing, I'd still say 75% of your fanbase was great. Hospitable and respectful. That said, if you're here to defend the booing of injured players, GTFO. Like I said, you shouldn't have made this your first post...not if you were expecting hospitality.
Dude, I stated in the first post it's despicable. Regardless of who did it first. As in, both sides were way off base. No one in the stands could ever know or pretend to know if an injury is going to be a mild cramp or the "perfect triad." I'm not expecting hospitality. But, I was hoping to get people off their high horses and come to the realization that their fan base did the same. You say you only heard your students boo at our injured player, while I recall both sides of the LSU fanbase at the South End of the stadium. Basically, it's subjective. And, you're right. I'm clueless at games...Or, maybe I was just pointing out that during the game it seemed like your QB wasn't making many mistakes, as in the first half when he kept completing 3rd and long passes to move the chains.
News flash for Oregon and WV !!!! LSU doesn't care what kind of O you run. It is not our job to do what you think we should do to let you play a trick O. Get real and play football. If you can't put the players on the field to play that is your issue. You want to pull the trigger every 8 sec and catch our guys cool. Do it and we will do what we need to do to stop it. In war you do what you need to do to win ! I always have a concern when anyone goes down because unlike many I don't have a clue how bad a injury might be. Seeing what I saw from WV well I saw enough. I would hope the SEC saw eoungh also to keep a program like WV away from the SEC at all cost. WV is a wanna a be with a low class fan base and coach ! You will not make it to the big dance and OP with you stab at LSU losing a normal 2 games. If you guys had the chance to play the top ring of college football year in and year out you guys would lose how many ?? Don't worry about LSU as we live in the big house and you are walking by on the road only wishing ! You only have a wish and not a prayer to join LSU and Bama in big boy football.

I'm clueless at games. Agree. :thumb: Your coach repeatedly said "Bull****, Bull****" and acted like a classless little whiner on the sidelines most of the night is what I saw on the 52' inch. YOUR GODAMN HEAD COACH!! Thank god we do not have a coach with that type of personality and self control. Dude, please go away, you lost, accept it, its over, we were better. Stop trying to put some spin on your obnoxious, rude and arrogant fanbase from the powerhouse Big East conference. :dis:
To the television and radio audience a boo is a boo... there's no way to tell who is doing the boo'ing (especially when the cameras are pinned on a classless twit like CDH screaming obscenities on the sidelines)
The funny thing is we went against the best hurry-up offense in the country and still wore them down. What makes you think we were faking against a wannabe?
