"I told you so" thought I was just shytting around. Anybody who refers to themselve as still ghetto and made possibly the worst rap cd ever, isnt serious about playing ball. Its still a sandlot game to him, not something to win a championship.
I agree with that. But he is the 3rd piece to the team. It's not like he is being leaned upon to carry the team. This was a 55 win team without him last year with Yao hurt 1/2 of the year. He will certainly help.
yea or he could possibly bring this team down in flames with him. Clair, its to much of a risk, I wouldnt have him on my team, he is talking he represents his culture, hell that isnt culture, thats crazy. Artest is a cancer and too unpredictable. I see you like T.O, i like T.O too, but T.O and Artest are night and day.
If he brings down the team in flames then so what? They have proven six years in a row they can't get out of the 1st round. He played his best ball of his career under Adelman and the Kings had a tremendous season considering their lack of talent last season. It will help the Rockets tremendously. The Rockets have too many nice guys and not enough attitude.
The Rockets suffer from not having a decent backcourt and running the wrong damn offense for the most part. Do you know how much the triangle would benefit the rockets with their personel. They wouldnt have to have a backcourt if they ran the triangle.
It's a nice get for the Rockets, but it's not bringing a championship to Houston. Artest is always 2 seconds away from going off the deep end again. T-Mac is always 2 seconds away from getting hurt again. And Adelman is always 2 seconds away from having his team underacheive when they have the best talent. At best they win a playoff series.
