I disagree here Supa. Obama's comments were taken out of context. If you listen to the entire transcript of what Obama said it is easy to discern that he was referring to infrastructure as the item that "they" didn't build. Romney's comments are not taken out of context, they are as clear as day.
you have rebutted nothing. here are the facts: you made a statement that Romney's comments are 100% right. I challenged that notion with the facts and you've yet to provide any argument to the contrary. do you agree with me?
What he said was right, 46% pay no "INCOME TAX." Well he said 47, but i have no issue with 1% off. He didn't say they pay "NO TAX." SO I really don't give a shit about the specifics of what taxes people pay.
Of course you don't "give a shit" because it doesn't fit into your narrative. Like your other Republican friends you refuse to let the facts get in the way. The truth is that Mitt Romney's statement is misleading and you don't care because you would rather ignore the truth than see your side lose the argument.
My narrative? I agreed with Mitt in that Obama has 47% of the vote locked up. There was nothing miss-leading about his opinion on the 47%. 46% pay no income tax. Among other things that he pointed out, such as: “There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what,” Mr. Romney said. “There are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it, that that’s an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what.” It seems, you only care about your narrative.
