Sure we can, don't you read these boards, its easy, just look how easy it was for Fla to get their coach, an Fla isn't LSU. LSU's AD could handle this one with his eyes closed.

Racial tension on Archer's team was a major issue for the only time I can remember at LSU. Before Archer it was a mostly white team with black players. After Archer it was mostly a black team with white players. Archer coached the period when the team was fairly balanced racially and he allowed it to get cliquish with animosity. Hudson Hallman could not coach football, but he put an end to that crap.

not coincidentally, hudson hallman and rosa parks were both from tuskegee, alabama and possible distant cousins.

    maybe.

GW Eames? Part of the problem for sure. Archer went out an recruited below avg players on the field, in the classroom and off the field. Talk about domino effect.

Man I had forgotten about that divisive character. I imagine George Washington Eames was a big part of the problem. He submarined Joe Dean and Dale Brown for sure.

How could you forget that one Red, I'll never. I don't want to get started on this one, but yes, he was a major problem for the LSU system.
