Same people that told you to put your mask on and get vaccinated are now saying we can’t tell people what to do with their bodies.
In general, no, but the actual answer is DEPENDS. If the fetus is healthy, and the mother's health is not likely to be impaired by birth, the answer is no. However, there have been conditions where birth is dangerous for the mother. There are cases of macrocephaly (enlarged head), for example, that make birth dangerous. In that case the decision should be the mother's. There are also cases where the fetus has very little chance of surviving for more than a short time outside the womb. I know a person whose would-be child was diagnosed with Meckel-Gruber syndrome, and that baby once born had no chance of survival beyond a few hours. She learned of this diagnosis in about month 4 of her pregnancy, but decided to carry the pregnancy to term. Her choice. I support her choice. I would have supported her choice if she had aborted any time up to birth. As she and the doctors knew, the baby lived for only a few hours, with many serious birth defects. Her entire life was seriously impacted, both during and after her pregnancy.
I am not against abortion in all cases, however I think It should not be used as birth control. Should we make a law that says after the second abortion you will have your ability to produce children removed (both men and women)?
I don't think that happens very much. Too inconvenient. No. I'm not in favor of the government having a pregnancy registry.
Free phones at the border. What was your last phone bill. I am still paying my medical bills from when I didn’t have insurance and broke my leg 14 years ago. Yes I’m a vet but you shouldn’t have to pay because I decided to get on a dirt bike. Nothing is free.
