“If they knew about it”, it would still be up to Chicago to issue a warrant from a Chicago jurisdiction, or Louisiana wouldn’t have a reason to arrest anyone on a foreign warrant. But ok.

    Link?

I believe since the constitution doesnt specify it, it falls to each state to decide when life begins and when baby killers want to kill their kids.

He said the states need to figure it out.

Correct. Just like I dont care when gang bangers kill themselves or the starving kids in North Korea or the homeless in Cali. I only care about those around me and also about things I can control. Everything else just "is".

I would, however, care if I had a partner kill our kid. And if we were in a state where it was legal, it would be legal. But I will still consider her the killer of our child.

    Does this clear it up?

If another state deems murder legal, it’s that state’s problem. Stop trying to infringe on all of the states. Let freedom ring. Let states decide what they want.

No I understand that there is a need for moderation which was part of the decision. However what it did was entrench the argument in ways that satisfied no one. Both sides have been fighting for an all or nothing solution which has poisoned the American body politic. Likewise by using the trimester argument it prevented modification based on advancing medical knowledge. It also was based on questionable legal foundations. Finally it was the result of congressional cowardice and inaction. The court should have never been asked to rule.

Doubling down on their war against women:

Louisiana Republicans just introduced a bill that would make it criminal for a woman to abort from the moment of conception.

Next, I suppose, is that they'll try to outlaw the sale of morning after pills.

Just keep that up. We'll see who wins this war.

That's not even close to true. Almost all Democrats approved of Roe v. Wade. There are very few people who approve of aborting viable fetuses, and over 90% of abortions occur in the first trimester, anyway.

Republicans, obviously, have no problem with robbing innocent children of their childhoods. Sick, evil creeps.
