I feel confident that once these deceitful hideous creeps are outnumbered on the Supreme Court that the constitutional right to an abortion will be restored.

    Liar.

Want to know what's really ironic here?

I have said that for legal and social purposes society can define the term "woman" to include what it deems appropriate. You objected to that, but now you're trying to twist the meaning of the word "baby". You're a hypocrite AND a liar.

I am sorry you have to travel to kill babies now. Sorry for your loss.

The majority of people have moved past the other things you have mentioned and those things are a part of everyday life. Like we will never go back to separate but equal. The right to abortion or not is a fundamental belief. It is the beginning of someone's view not a rationalization from a fundamental belief. It is not a social norm. This has never been accepted by those who believe you are killing a human. I don't think it is fair to group things like contraceptive, same sex marriage into the debate.

It being a states right decision is a compromise. No one is happy but you can still get the abortion.

Then why are you so wrong? The constitution specially calls out what rights are enumerated and which ones are not and the ones that are not are covered by the state with regards to limits.

Just like Gays went to LGBTQ+XZYSADASGFDS and so on, the left doesnt compromise. They take and take and take. You either are with them or the enemy.

You have a reading comprehension problem. If the right to eat is enumerated in the Constitution, then so is the right to control one's own body. If the right to eat is not enumerated in the Constitution but is covered by the Ninth Amendment then so is the right to control one's own body. YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.

You're just cherry picking what YOU want as a "norm". Approximately 70% of Americans says abortion should be legal in all or most cases. Approximately 70% of Americans agree that same sex marriage should be legal. So why is one a norm and not the other? Especially when Roe v. Wade is a significantly older ruling than Obergefell?

There are two bodies though. The mother, you know a woman....., and the baby you are trying to kill.

Further, the constitution SPECIFICALLY STATES the limits to unenumerated rights are handled by the state.
