lloyd retiring essentially fired those coaches. some will make a big deal but what do you expect? he wants his own guys, as should any coach.

not sure how this has become a big deal.

Agreed this is standard. I'm posting because of the politics involved at Michigan. How things are handled contribute to a smooth or difficult transition. I'm curious to see how the Bowl game is handled between Carr and Rodriguez. Playing Florida is a big game and everyone needs to be on the same page to be competitive. Maybe it's not possible. We will see.

I agree, and sorry..I didn't mean for it to sound like I was responding to you. There has been lots of internet talk today.

However, they are going to get waxed in the bowl game anyways. They might as well all take Florida and the points and make some cash. :yelwink2:

It's going to be interesting to see how Rodriguez' "ways" go over at Michigan. I'm thinking this could be a Bill Callahan type of situation in a few years. Perhaps not, but Rodriguez will have to adapt to last at Michigan IMO.

I'm guessing the Assistant Coaching carousel is in full gear and involves so many possibilities that the media can hardly attempt to keep up with all the Internet board postings. I'm also guessing Agents are scrambling for new clients in hopes of bagging the next Nick Saban contract. :D

He might have to adapt at Michigan but the rest of the B10 better start adapting at defending against that offense he is going put in at M. :)
