Kamara is going to have to go to Juco and the staff and Kamara knew that. So a greyshirt was pretty much all they could offer him. If he accepts we will help place him in a Juco and just recruit him again in 2 years.
I still have this 60/40 Ole Miss. I hope I am wrong or that something changes between now and Wednesday. At least we will know early enough on Wednesday.
I agree...One of those I always felt I wouldn't believe it until the papers are signed. Looks like RN was back and forth about Ole Miss during the visit while talking to some of the players. The family dynamic = Ole Miss lean.
Then you have the ESPN angle televising his announcement and who knows who is behind all that has gone on with him visiting LSU at the last second after stating he would not visit. ESPN has to have some kind of interest drummed up for this announcement. Just another reason I no longer tune in to ESPN except for game telecasts I am interested in seeing.
As for the last minute visit. It was actually planned for a while. He told the LSU coaches he was and stuck to it. The reason was it was listed as a surprise is because he did not set anything up until last minute. Word is that was by design to keep the fuss from the OM side down. However, I do believe there is an Ole Miss/ESPN wrinkle involved. RN would normally be that guy you hold off all day to have the biggest announcment last. In this case he is 1st and I think that is to hype up other Ole Miss prospects (All those 5 star visitors last weekend) to take note. I think Freeze made this happen.
Also I do still pretty good about my surprise DE I listed a couple of weeks ago. If we have a big surprise it will be Auburn commit, Bower, IMO.
