What is the deal with him? The Saints really dropped the ball in this past years draft class.:rolleye33:
He sucks and he's a complete bust. Good grief, how the hell you gonna be inactive ALL phucking year long? What a waste of getting a really good corner or linebacker who could've been making key plays all year long. Saints D needs to be overhauled. And please don't sign Will Smith. He's a joke. I almost have as many sacks as he does and I never get to see the field. Enough with wasting money on another DE already.
We just need to stop drafting WRs on the first day period. None of them seem to work out they way we hoped. I will have a heart attack the year the Saints draft a DB or LB in the first round.
I would love to say the Saints have the worst front office in the league, but as a Fins fan I cant do that. But as far as draft decisions go they each are awful. Honestly, they (front office) get so wrapped up into looking at guys it hurts their decisions. An average fan could do a better job a lot of times because they don't read too far into things...I mean this seriously. Everyone knew Meachum was not a good pick.
even still, we're giving up on ole Robert a little too easily imo. some of the best WRs in the NFL had little to no impact in the beg. of their careers. Point being: If the Patriots or Colts had made this same pick and he would have never have played yet, everyone would be saying to "give him time." But because it's the Saints, we're all assuming they made the wrong choice.
I agree with Clair, it is way too early to tell. Meachem was injured in preseason and was behind the 8 ball already and in order to let him heal and develop the Saints decided to sit him out this year. Not rushing him might pay off with his confidence as well. Dont want to destroy it when he would most likely have to play banged up all season.
I didn't know if he was still injured or just in the dog house. I don't think he is a bust just yet hell he ain't even seen the field. They phucked up when they didn't draft Greg Olson if they wanted another offensive player. This year they should take one running back and the rest DBs, Safetys and LBs. But knowing the Saints they will probably take another D-linemen in the first round. The D-line has played good against the run this year but not a lot sacks. The O-line is not that good either but they do pass block good they just can't run block worth a damn.
Saints keep laying eggs might they just have a shot at Dorsey! Where do the Saints stand in terms of picks for the draft? Or do I just need more coffee?
Yea but considering it's an election year won't there be a some sort of default in Fl. ! Chads...no chads.
