    Wroten isn't playing because fo poor play. He's suspended because he violated teh league's substance abuse policy. IIRC, he was starting before then. Lavalais had a decent enough first season, but lacked the discipline to keep his conditioning up. He was cut by Atlanta and later by Carolina for that reason.

    I know a lot of guys who didn't get that far. It's nothing to be ashamed of...

    Ive really liked this kid from day 1. Wish him well and would love to somehow get another year out of him.
