RJF going Pro ?

    Yep, Bennie went to the Olympics for one of the hurdles race, made the finals too. He came back and played for us in 2005, so I don't think that should be a problem.

    Trindon is a dedicated football player but he would be out of his mind to pass up maybe his only chance to compete in the Olympics. Not too sure on the exact dates and barring no injuries he will likely miss next season. I hope my logic is of because he showed heart leading up to this season and was a significant piece to our NC team.

    There really is no declaring for the olympics...you just have to go thru all the qualifying, workouts, team practices, etc...a lot of time. You cant just say you want to compete before a certain date and be guaranteed a spot to compete.

    I think he was referring to the RJF.

    The last day to declare is Jan 15th before midnight. However, if he does not sign with an agent he can return to LSU by Jan 19th.
