I have a question if anyone can answer it. In regards to Rivals position ranking system, does the number represent the specific position a person plays or the more general position? For example, does Chris Tolliver's #13 ranking refer to his position as a wide receiver specifically, or to his more general position as a receiver which would include both wide receivers and tight ends? Does Daniel Campbell's #5 rating refer to his specific OG position, or to his position as an offensive lineman?

You can look at the ratings of each position, and it will show you the breakdown.

I believe Rivals classifies OLinemen as one category, with no difference b/w OG & OT. This is the only position they do this with, as every other position has it's own field of players (ie TE, WR, DE, DT etc).

It's Position Specific. Chris Tolliver is the #13 WR in the Nation according to Rivals. Daniel Campbell is the #5 Offensive Guard.

Rivals does break the OL down into 3 Positions: Offensive Guard, Offensive Tackle & Center.
