So that means he will not enroll until this summer, right? Do you think he will be a red shirt for next year by enrolling late?
If he qualifies, he's not gonna red shirt since he was a part of last year's class...I expect him see significant playing time next year since we only have two proven WR's. Today's events make me wonder if he wasn't listed in order to not scare Brown off.
Not convinced of that. Vidal was thought to be an immediate impact player and still hasn't made the grabs initially expected. Next season should be a break out year though.
This is Rivals wera talking about here, so I fully expect LSU's rankingto drop with the addition of another talented player joining the Tiger ranks...
He was actually a 4 star, but he was something like the 40th ranked player in the country last year, so it was quite high up.
His numbers say he was- 26 more yards receiving and he's USC's #2 receiver, yardage-wise anyway. Only a little under 300 yards shy of Davis who was your leading receiver. 50 receptions, that's more than Davis had.
Our leading receiver was a TE, not a WR and that's messed up. Having watched every game, I can tell you that Vidal had more than his fair share of dropped but very catchable balls. He will be a good one but he underperformed considering the expectations and perhaps they were too high to begin with.
Thats not what they do at all. Hargrave's purpose is to instill discipline and get their kids into college. They do that well, very well. I've been around Hargrave and the level of competition is not that great. The players are mainly good players but they lack discipline in their personal life and study habits. Hargrave excels at changing those bad habits. They teach it from the moment each of the kids get up to the moment they go to bed. Hargrave is no walk in the park but its not a football learning factory at all. Its a boot camp setting designed to impact personal discipline with football being a secondary priority.
