I think it was Florida. Someone got a hand on it and it traveled about 20 yards or so and set up Florida with great field position...until Honey Badger took what he wanted. :hihi: Not 100% sure, but I'll look at my recordings to be certain.
Even with a blocked punt, if I'm rating punters the most important stats for me would be how many within the 20 yard line. I would like to give some credit to punt return also, but thats dependent upon the rest of special teams even though in Wings case the fact he lets it hang so long lets our guys get there to keep them from returning.
L 1-10 L20 LSU drive start at 12:05. L 1-10 L20 Jarrett Lee at QB for LSU. L 1-10 L20 Spencer Ware rush for 18 yards to the LS38, 1ST DOWN LS (Mccray,L.;Shaw,J.). L 1-10 L38 Spencer Ware rush for loss of 2 yards to the LS36 (Elam,M;Mccray,L.). L 2-12 L36 Spencer Ware rush for 1 yard to the LS37 (Elam,M;Floyd,S.). L 3-11 L37 Jarrett Lee pass complete to Spencer Ware for 2 yards to the LS39 (Taylor,M.). L 4-9 L39 Brad Wing punt 19 yards to the UF42, Rainey,C. return 0 yards to the UF42 (blocked by Patton,S.).
19 of his 37 punts inside the 20, only 4 were touchbacks I suspect he has only had about 25 shots at getting it inside the 20 and accomplished it 19 times, which is a great percentage
