Where did you get this info? It's my understanding that the prosecution used the high definition video in court. That's why the defense asked for a mistrial, because they said they only got a compressed version of it. And the prosecution used that video because it shows that Rittenhouse incited all the bloodshed by pointing his weapon at Rosenbaum. Show me otherwise.
In the meantime, the defendants in the Ahmaud Arbery trial are truly fucked. I dont give a shit if Rittenhouse pointed the gun at Ziminski. Z shot his gun on that property and IF Rittenhouse pointed his gun at him that would be expected. And when the crazy child rapist would have charged me i would have lit him up, same as Kyle....easiest not guilty there could be....even easier than realizing OJ was guilty.
