i dunno what the penalty for jury intimidation is, but i hope its very very severe. i used to work elections with those old people that write down your name. we put up the signs that no protesters or campaign anything could happen within X feet of the voting place. and this is tricky 1st amendment territory, but it was needed to keep intimidation away from the polls. they should do something similar with courts. nobody protests anything near the jury, ever.
that dumbass he quoted, Jack Posobiec, doesn't know shit. As if a shit stirrer like him could possibly have leaked info from the jury.
Same. First, what is a US Marshall (Federal LEO) doing working at a trial by the STATE? I saw this reported yesterday. The problem I have with it is the picture that accompanied several articles I read was posted last year when all the riots were happening. I'm not saying mysterious bricks didn't show up in cities were rioting occurred. I just don't think it happened yesterday in Kenosha.
Right, it's obvious that they're hung. Already sent home again tonight.. At what point does the judge call it?
I would imagine the time is drawing near. I would think if they don't reach a verdict tomorrow he'll declare it a mistrial.
That’s really tough for the defense. The prosecution gets a second bite at the apple and can correct their mistakes. Mistrials are poisonous to defendants.
Move the kids trial to a red state down south if it’s a mistrial. No way he gets a fair shot next time.
