the issue in the case is self defense. my question to you is what you think KR should have done when chased by a child rapist? it doesnt sem like a very stupid question. the whole case hangs on whether it was justified to use force to stop the rapist. so again, i ask you, what would be a smart way for mr rittenhouse to deal with the insane child rapist ( and n-word enthusiast) that was chasing him? should he politely ask the guy to lve him alone? i wonder if that would work, give than the guy was literally just out of an asylum and was a convicted child rapists. insane child rapists are not known for their cal reasoning skills. it seems unlikely you will answer this. i asked 3 times and you chose to claim the question was stupid as a deflection. think about how your politcal alliances have you defending a literal child rapist.

[ The prosecution did not know it was not sending the same file. The e-mail program compressed it, apparently. At any rate, I've changed my mind from earlier. I don't think a mistrial should be granted based on the compression matter. It seems that the defense had the same file in its possession and hadn't reviewed it, then claimed they only learned about it after arguments had been closed. I think it was a hip pocket ploy. They kept the matter in their hip pocket, knowing they would use it as a plea for a mistrial if the jury deliberations seemed to be going against them. And they were begging for a mistrial today, because things are looking pretty bad for Rittenhouse. Be that as it all may, I highly doubt the compressed video is substantially different from the higher quality video. It's not a substantial matter.
