I don't think we had any other games this season with 2 players at 100+ each. Way to run it down their throats! :geauxtige
Ware was a real treat to watch tonight, and I am really looking forward to seeing him for the next couple of years. He will be special!
All this and we didn't even mention Ford. Man we're deep at RB! Great to be an LSU football fan these days ya'll.
Add to everything #3.. and two years from now... LSU's second Heisman Trophy Winner- Frank Gore's cousin- Just needs to hit the weights a little
Ware was quoted this week saying he was going to be the starter if Ridley wasn't eligible. We saw why...
Ware was impressive, and it seemed obvious he'd been getting some major touches in Ridley's absence, which he definitely made the most of. I was also amused by how rabid Ridley looked as he assembled with the team captains before the game. He was all but foaming at the mouth, and he played like a man possessed. It was a joy to see our offense light it up!
They both did well partly because of the gaping holes they had to run through. aTm couldn't tackle our guys worth a crap, it's like they had never seen a physical running back in their lives. RB has been something I've always been excited about at LSU. All of our guys are freak athletes that have speed, shiftiness, and power and they showed it last night.
