its not just going to come down to football. he wants to play basketball as well. so imo this comes down to signing day and which school leaves the best impression on him with both teams. As far as our chances I like them, the offense is clicking and Mett will be back. plus we dont have a tall wide out he fills that role. As far as bball CJJ has the team looking good after one game and there is a lot of buzz around the teams for this year and next. Can't say as much about A&M. So while football is his go to sport I think the school having the better bball season wins out. But, hey jmo.
recently they have been however the upside of our program rigt now with cjj. a&m was only picked to finish 2 spots above us in the preseason poll. not saying we will be better but there is a chance.
Don't know why a top flight WR would want to play with manziel, unless he would want practice playing witha cellar dweller in the nfl.
Yeh he really drilled us. And when he loses those NFL prospect Olinemen, we'll see how well he run for his life. LSU is DU... next year we may break him in half.
Not that RSJ isn't a guy that I would love to see in Purple and Gold, but LSU has three big receivers coming in next year and one of them is a JUCO.
Just read that RSJ is going to announce his decision at his high school on Monday. Haven't really kept up with his recruitment but guessing it will be TX A&M based on the little that I've seen.
