That's why the Jobs Bill is important. People have no money to spend if they ain't working. Just like the money never trickled down, the jobs never have either. Tell me, if the tax cuts for the rich produce jobs, why has the last decade of such cuts left us a 9% unemployment? Why? Because it is a myth.
Good thing we have the anointed one to save us. There are a whole lot of people that bought in to hope and change that are wondering when the Hell it's going to happen. But hey, we can still blame Bush if it never does.
Red- If a private business set up a similar program as SS would you then call it a PS? Also do you think the FED increasing the money supply is theft?
i just said, currently tied up in red's big government boondoggles. of which you have many more planned. you just cant see shades of grey. you want to spend spend spend. what we need is smart spending, moderation, pragmatism. but is all you know, spend spend, create jobs by taxing and spending. what we need, amigo, is balance. we need to spend smarter, not more. with you its so extreme with the lets spend on this, lets "invest" in that, we better buy windfarms or fund new energy research or provide insurance for old people or "create jobs" by taking the money people earn and spending it on nonsense. you should understand that your theories aare flawed, if only because they are so extreme, grasshoppa.
A pension pays out for money it doesn't have in? Stealing as in devaluing your money. They print more money = your money buys less.
Not if it is managed well. Social Security works fine as long as the income matches the benefits. But politicians tend to be generous with benefits and stingy with income.
