I can see that Keiland will come in, depending on who has the HOT hand. I think all this depends on how the game against Auburn goes. No point in showing too much when you have all those tough road games coming up...
I'm not sure if you realize this...but we could have hung 75 on each of these teams if we so desired. App. State: 31-0 at halftime. Gameplan goes scrimmage after the first drive of the third and we only score ten more. NTU: Virtually the same...27-3 at halftime. Two token TD's in the second half (and one fourth-down attempt just for the sake of it that failed) really happened accidentally as Crowton and company really weren't calling a gameplan but were calling plays just to get the QB's to throw the ball and get the young guys some PT.
Thank you, Captain Obvious. My point is, just because we're averaging 41 points a game after playing App St, and N. Texas doesn't mean we'll be averaging 41 a game after playing the likes of Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, etc.. Check the average after we play those games and get back with me. I'm not sure if you realize this, but stats can be skewed to look however you want them to. :thumb:
Thank YOU Cap'n obvious. I wasn't implying that we're going to put up 41against stiffer competition. I just found it amusing that we've scored 82 points (58 in 2 halves) and I keep seeing the phrase "our offensive problems". These "problems" are perceived based upon shaky QB play but, to date, LSU had not had any "offensive problems".
With Richard Dickson running the seam, Murphy is going to kill defenses with the swing pass as soon as Crowton starts calling it. Absolute murder.
