With Scott grinding it out the time of possession goes against us. :hihi: j/k I am sure a few secondaries will be able to help contain opening some doors for the Murph.
We need a steady dose of Scott. He is a beast and we need to pound him behind our "Damn strong " offensive line. He needs 20 plus carries with an occasional change of pace from Murphy and Holiday. Williams just has not hit the hole hard enough in my opinion, and in a game against a really good defense you cant afford that. I think it will be close, but we will win. Just one man's opinion.
All of the backs are great!!! Hell I blocked for Murphy for two years in high school and I know Scott personally. I say give everyone in the nation that 1-2 punch and when they cheat up for the run.....we have recievers that can make them pay. The QB's may not be elite but they are there for a reason. I dont think the :champs: wouldn't just allow any old scrubs to play QB. We will just have to see. But mark my words.....Murphy will ELECTRIFY the world once he gets a chance:tigereye: and Scott will continue to be the Bull that he is.:geaux::crystal::crystal:
Against NTU and App. State... Let's not get too comfortable yet.. If after say 4 or 6 games we still have that average, then I'm in agreement with that statement.
Not sure if you are aware of it or not but Richard's Mom passed away just after his Sr. season. I know you are just trying to be funny but...
