And I don't understand why this is so hard for so many fans to figure out.

Defensive Head Coaches typically have styles, sets, schemes they like and are used to. They hire coaches that can teach and run those schemes.

Coach Miles does the same... on the offensive side.

I call BS on your BS. For Miles to continue to stick Jennings in was like watching Miles pound his head against the wall. That was worse for Jennings psyche than the booing.

Sure, Miles knows more than we do about the minutae of football. But sparse QB play most of his time here points to a fundamental difference of opinion. He's getting paid lots of money for excuses instead of innovative solutions or at least progress toward innovative solutions.

One problem is we think CCC is a miracle worker because he came in with Mett and set the world on fire. The difference is Mett is special and I am sure his NFL career will show that, provided he plays on the right team. The guy can make the throws and he had a RB core and WR that made him look even better. Everyone had expectations that CCC would work with these guys in the spring, and we would be right back where we left off. Not going to happen. The talent level of the QB's we have now is limited for the moment. They need time to grow, and since we lost Perrilleaux we have been behind the 8 ball trying to catch up. Yes some of that is on Les for not putting importance on that position, but he did bring in guys that were suppose to perform, just didn't happen and they left. We, for some reason, can't seem to groom a guy to be ready when the starter leaves. I do not pretend to know why we have trouble getting a good QB or 2 to stay and develop at LSU, but it is a problem. We usually have enough talent to hide the problem or get us by, but not so much this year. I think we are just not very good right now and until we catch up, get used to these performances. When it does not work, it seems like a cluster $%&#, and that's what we have right now. Hopefully they can figure it out because I do not like watching this. I will but I don't like it.

Well then I don't know jack shit, Richard Dickson don't know jack shit, Jim Kleinpeter of NOLA.com and other members of the media don't know jack shit. They thought the fans were booing Jennings

Jim Kleinpeter - "Jennings was a disaster from the start. He fumbled the ball away on LSU's third play and after his second was a three-and out, he threw interceptions on the first play of the third and fourth possessions. He completed two of five passes for 11 yards and had a minus 21.5 quarterback rating during his 16 snaps. He also drew boos each time he came out after the first series."

I guess you're the only one that know jack shit!

I think the place was booing miles...especially during the New Mexico State game after three turnovers and miles kept Jennings in the game. Miles' inability to adapt to an ever-changing game will be his demise...the cause for the boos. Miles is the face of the program, HE'S the one being booed.

I can't speak for 90,000+ people, but everyone around me was questioning miles' decisions, not booing the kids on the field.

I agree, I think they were booing Jennings, they won't admit it, but I think we all know it.

A binary view of the world might lead one to believe the boos were for Jennings. We aren't saying they weren't related to Jennings, but the majority were intended for Miles' (mis)use of Jennings - aforementioned head against wall banging.

Seems like fans were booing because most want to see Harris playing, learning, building his skillset. When you see Jennings enter the field and the boos start, it immediately feels like he is being booed. But I think it was more due to the change. I could be wrong, I wasn't at the game, just an armchair observation.

LOL, sure. There are simple, drunk idiots who believe Jennings sucks forever because he's struggling right now, and there are those of us who think when the same shit doesn't work x times, try something different. Damn it Miles, the kid is struggling, give him a break and give the other guy a go.
