A BCS conference should be required to have at least 1 team ranked in the top 25 to get an automatic qualifier. I get a little queazy when I think about an 8-4 UCONN team playing in a BCS game. :rolleye33: They dont have a single top 25 team on their schedule. Hopefully Cincinatti or South Florida knock them out of contention and West Virginia backs in. At least they played the 5th ranked BCS team.
well i dislike a playoff so i'm gonna have to disagree with you there. But if there is a playoff that is the one I could get behind.
It's a down year no doubt, but Cincinnati was undefeated last year before UF. They are 3-2 since the ACC raid in their BCS games. There have been numerous coaching changes, and 3 of the coaches left for big time programs and they haven't been replaced(Petrino went to the Falcons first). It's one bad year, and if there was a popular vote to give it up this year I would say yes. Historically, it's not this bad.
