Oklahoma State without question will be .960 and Alabama .920 with an Oklahoma State win over Oklahoma

The only computer poll Oklahoma State might not jump Alabama in is the Peter Wolfe poll. But the low and high computer poll for each team get thrown out, so it won't matter.

So the stage will be set for the voters to make the move if they choose to.

Cool, lets hope Oklahoma State will win this game. I'd love to see half the state of Alabama go nuts. I'd also love to see CLM's former team vs us. The way the season has gone so far makes me think this will happen.

I'm surprised no one has picked up on that storyline yet.

To the thread topic. That takes care of the computers but what about the voters.

    A few questions:

    1. What margin of victory do you think it will take for the Pokes to jump Bama?
-I say at least 10 pts is what it will take to get the voters on board.

    2. Will Oklahoma "fall on their sword" to help catapult the Pokes to N.O.?
    -Gotta love a conspiracy theory......

What if the game is a close win by the Cowboys? Or is a win a win?

i just spewed my espresso. not just no, but hell no. it will be ou's goal to not just win, but stomp osu. this is bedlam, and this year it has extra meaning.

this would be like asking bama to roll over for auburn.

THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO THINK ABOUT THESE THINGS.

Hey, and guess what, the Big 12 is neck and neck with the SEC in terms of SOS and overall conference performance. Many publications have them 1st.

    Here is Billingsley:

Will you hear about this much?

    Rhetorical.

I would look for the kind of win were people sit around the camp fire 30 years from now singing about this atomic beat down of monumental propositions. Words in this song will speak of a massacre that would make Custer and wounded knee blush. They would sing of decapitations and body bags and burning the sooner schooner in effigy to warn any future Oklahoma marauders who could ever muster up the audacity to try and invade Stillwater again. And only such outsiders like TigerCliff, with pure Tiger blood coursing through their veins could sing such a dirge in perfect pitch.

    Somewhere around that score.
