I know the LSU/AR game is still a couple of months away and while I am interested in all the games leading up to that and want the Tigers to be undefeated going into that game, I do have some payback to dish out. I have a yearly bet with one of my Razorback buddies and a couple of years ago we decided to change it up to whichever team won, the other person had to dress to their liking in team colors. Needless to say, I lost on a last second TD in Little Rock in 2008. Well, last year's OT win sealed it for me this year and I have the pleasure of dressing him in purple and gold!! I do need some help from TigerNation though. I am having trouble deciding what to dress him as. We cannot do tights or anything like that but I am leaning toward a purple and gold pimp suit, or some purple and gold zebra pants with a tiger tail and lsu cape. Just thought you guys might help me with some ideas. I don't have a lot of money to spend but my brother has already offered to go half to be able to witness it! Thanks.:geauxtige
Take it easy on him and just an LSU Tshirt/cap. You might be glad if the tables turn in the future PLUS if it's "legit" fan apparel it will make him look more like a true LSU fan- that would have to hurt him more. If he's dressed up outlandish (like geauxgeauxhon dresses daily, I might add) it will be easier to explain it's only a bet.
True, but last year he dressed me in Razorback pajama pants, "I don't have swine flu, I have Hog Fever!" T-shirt, white w/hog logo sweat wristbands, pink hog head band around my neck, GO HOGS sunglasses (which were huge), some kind of hog camo hat and a button that said I love the smell of hogs. Oh....the shirt also had the score of the game on the back! So, needless to say he got me pretty good.
Well I also thought we were working with a limited budget here- another thing I didn't include as a plus. How much you want to invest on this tool? :hihi:
I'll probably spend around $100 at least, especially since my brother is splitting the cost. This guy is DIE HARD Razorback too!!! It didn't bother me as much last year because he just dressed me for a AR/SC game. I didn't really care. He has to dress up for the AR/LSU game in Little Rock so he is not to thrilled about it. I have to make it good though because I think we are going to keep the bet going for a few more years. It makes things interesting.
I find it interesting that you'd register and make this your first post. What's the story behind that? jus wondering cause you seem to be familiar with forums. What you said below, you knew enough to steer clear of the old "One game at a time" that comes up a lot on forums.
This is my first time ever on a thread. I was actually looking for stuff to get him and was just wanting some more feedback. I have all these ideas but I figure the more I get the more I can decide on what to do.
