No one. Some of these are rich people who utilize tax breaks and tax credits to avoid paying taxes. Others are widows, disabled people, full-time students, and minimum wage earners who file taxes on low income, but owe less than the same minimum deduction that you and I and everyone else is entitled to.

I stay in my lane, I work hard (well unless I'm playing golf on friday then it isn't so rough) I pay my taxes, I save a little and do what I can to invest some back into the economy. The economy that is there because some super rich dudes and chics decide to open business's that I may or may not wish to enlist the services of or use their products. Doing this enables them to grow even larger and yes dare I say it, they get even phucking richer. Damn those bastards. HOWEVER, they also get bigger and employ more people and the economy gets better. This is possible because uncle sugar takes less out of that whole "taxes" thing I mentioned earlier and allows that rich dude or chic to operate without a govt official mucking things up. Yes, if we want to continue to minimize collateral damage to civilians and their property, as well as further protect our guys in the fight - and subsequently keep them out of it.
