Yea tidefans.com on meltdown control I read one post and he said "I can't take it anymore I catch myself waking up all hours of the night checking the forum for updates". They are sick with it in an unhealthy way. Colin cowherd called them out saying bama fans have no perspective. That the fans shouldn't be committing crimes every time the team loses that's why he would rather coach Texas. So he wouldn't have to look over his back after every loss.

Everytime I go there and still see the ban against LSU fans posting, it makes me happy. I guess they're still butthurt from 9-6. Pathetic.

    Taken from Longhorn forum:

Already a bitter bama fan... and nothing is even real or offical yet... lmao.. I am loving it. Told you. Bank it. Something in Austin will get poisoned before the year is out.

Best staple a Longhorn logo to a tree and designate it as "special" so it can be the lightning rod.

No matter what happens, I think the uneasiness that this whole thing has created among the Bama faithful has all been a great gift.

They don't have anything else. This is not even a slight exaggeration. Alabama Football fans (and Kentucky Basketball fans) derive all of their self-worth from the success of their team. Especially the ones who never went to the school - or any school for that matter.

    This is 100% factual.

You hit the nail on the head. Alabama fans actually base their own self-worth on the success of the team. I actually muttered those exact words earlier this week.

    It's very very unhealthy.

It is all Auburn's fault. If they weren't running that classless, immoral, unethical, crime against football, hurry up read option offense then Bama would be in the NC game and there would be no discussion.

...and for that, I am grateful to Auburn.

Auburn backing into the national championship game has added so much fuel to the fire.
