Report: LSU set to bring in Orgeron

So was Orgeron hired because of the LSU fan vitriol after the Steele hiring? Did Miles and the LSU admins panic and hire Orgeron quickly and screw over Brick?

Did you listen to the press conferences? It seems pretty obvious that Miles wanted to improve recruiting. Also he must have seen what many here have been discussing, that DL play and development have dropped in recent years. Steele may have been a panic hire, but hiring O was just damn smart.

 

I wonder how many, if any, were offered the position prior to Steele accepting?
