It’s right there in the article!

“at least nine players have been reported to the police for sexual misconduct.”

Reported to POLICE! What more can a coach do? If a crime was indeed committed, the police are responsible to handle it and the respective party should be gone. See Drake Davis.

Orgeron has also seen others off the team. Provens, Parish, etc.

America is great. We have a justice system. We have due process.

This coming from a man with 3 daughters who understands the statistics on sexual assault. I’m just saying, you can’t punish a player OR coach without due process. Now if they uncover some shit with supporting facts, Ed O and everybody else involved should have the book thrown at them.

I haven’t trusted the media for a while and I’m damn sure not about to start now.

Yeah, don't know about this one. The rest of her articles are riddled with unapologetic support for BLM, women still have no rights and NASCAR is focused more on its message than the noose.

A loud opinion piece that takes facts and tries to give them weight with assumption towards statistics. She may seem like a good lawyer to you, but she is just another shitty opinion that gets a paycheck for her side of the story

The “guilty” ones don’t get due process anymore. That’s how they’re doing it these days. It’s interesting that no one sees the logical flaw in that procedure.

By the by, the school can be sued by a player or student if they are dismissed without an investigation and the right to be heard. The school is a state actor and is therefore required to abide by the constitution. We start throwing kids out of school before an investigation is complete and LSU will be sued.
