Ridiculous. He doesn't get involved with Congressional procedures because he is not a member of Congress! There is no breach of the rule of law here anywhere,

Presidents have ignored frivolous attempts by lower courts to subpoena them since the 19th century. Higher courts have held with the President for reasons of executive privilege. Everyone has the right to refuse to be subpoenaed, it's just a matter of dealing with the consequences. There may or may not be consequences depending on the case, the issue and the whether the court has jurisdiction or not. Higher courts probably will not support this and the judge knows it by his language. Do you really want the President of the United States to have to appear for any and all cases in any of the many State district courts, even for harebrained cases, or would you rather he spend his time being President?

The President seeks to influence Congress. Every President since George Washington has done so. This is a silly charge.

This issue has been going on since 1847.

OK, I will go watch them, but I will shoot them down if they are bogus.

The internet, the newspapers, books, editorials, technical journals. You can't just watch TV or listen to talk radio, that's all about entertainment.

For the third time you don't name these people or quote them. I think it is bogus.

The Supreme Court cannot Change the Constitution. All they can do is rule whether a law is Constitutional or not. That does't change the Constitution at all.

Well you are having a discussion with me right now and I don't consider anonymous Facebook comments to be proof of anything. There are Republican supporters who want to do away with all government and hide out with machine guns in the mountains of Montana. I don't consider those people to represent what a Republican President plans to do. It makes no sense at all.

Please consider that many of them are not true and that is the reason you don't hear them on the news. I shoot down bogus information from some blogger here all of the time. Don't believe everything you read or hear. Check it out on the internet.

Take all the time you need. We all have limited time to do this. I've gotten quite accustomed to being double-teamed here over the years. It happens a lot in FSA. I am patient.
