St aug doesn't get tall so I'm guessing mister man's yard is overrun with bahia and smut grass.

But St Augustine is so invasive in South Louisiana. Doesn't it usually overrun Centipede?

Tall enough to have to cut. I tried Bermuda but the St Aug eventually took over.

I have bermuda but my neighbor has st aug. You are so right. I spray MSMA and it zaps st aug but not bermuda. Otherwise his grass would take over. It creeps a couple of feet annually before I zap it.
