The Last Word So I watched this interview yesterday on MSNBC, (if all of you lunatics are allowed to watch Fox, I can watch MSNBC from time to time :hihi: ) I didn't know which thread to put this in, probably should have put it in the atheist one, but who knows, so I started a new thread because of a few strange thoughts I had after watching this. Anyway, it got me thinking, what the hell is going on in this country? How are we electing raving lunatics? I really didn't care about the comments from this guy on Gun Control, that doesn't bother me, what bothers me, is the way religion has been injected into politics. Here is another example... Alabama Governor Robert Bentley Sparks Controversy With Christian Comment - Terra On MLK day, the governor of Alabama is pretty much telling everyone who isn't a Christian that they suck, and that they should conform or he doesn't want anything to do with them. This is America. Not the Christian Kingdom of the United States. I understand that everyone should be free to worship whatever deity they want, but don't mix it into laws, and don't mix it into government, on any level.
