HA. I almost included that in my post. Btw, I'm not saying it won't be "taken" just think Yahoo may be trying to make some news right now out of nothing much, at this point. OJ still has his.
don't know if they will or not. i understand if they o (they're rules say you must be eligible according to NCAA rules to win it). but if they yank, i hope like hell they leave it vacant, and don't hand it to anyone else.
Vince Young finished second in the voting that year. But I agree with you, I think they ought to leave it vacant for that year. Now that I think about it some more, if Bush was ineligible in 2005, I don't believe he was eligible for the Heisman and that would be a basis as opposed to character etc. to strip him of he award. We'll see.
Vince Young originally said he would not accept it if they tried to give to him. Then Mac Brown called him and made him change his mind so that Texas could get their copy.

Reggie is forfeiting his Heisman per cnnsi. It's on the front page right now. I would imagine they gave him an option. Forfeit it or have it stripped. Link: Reggie Bush decides to forfeit 2005 Heisman Trophy - ESPN Los Angeles
