I remember Chicago being flagged for intentional grounding and the saints accepting the penalty. I don't recall any other flag thrown against them at all.
Actually, the ONLY penalty the Saints accepted was either a false start or Delay of game late in the 4th. Couldn't have been intentional grounding, because in the NFl that's a 10 yarder, and the Bears were only penalized 5 yards for the game. I know they declined a holding penalty on 3rd and long, because declining meant Chicago had to punt. And I seem to remember them declining one other penalty as well, may have been an offsides, but don't remember the specifics.
