I heard that OU coach Jay Norvell had a recruiting violation with contacting a recruit via direct twitter. I don't under the rules that much so how is that a violation I would think its the same as a phone call/text or is it because it was shown public? Thanks for helping to explain this some for me.
It's not a violation in and of itself to the best of my knowledge, unless done during a Non contact period. Dead period in recruiting
