Nebraska AD Osbourne found an interesting loophole involving in-home visits. The rule states that only one visit per recruit and per head coach. By Osbourne naming himself Interim HC he is on the recruiting trail doing these visits and when he hires the new head coach he will be able to do the same. Is this loophole going to be used more often or will the NCAA redefine the rules?
