Remember, you want every kid that wants to be at LSU when offered.

I know this is a foriegn concept but these are kids, and at times kids want to leave home for various reasons but often just to "see the world" like most of us we were born and raised right there in Louisiana. I left Louisiana for that same reason. To see the world, meet new people, get away from my parents, etc. It is still my home, it is my heritage.
But I never fault a kid for using his talent to experience something new. Go some place new, meet new people.

It happens. Its not personal. Frankly I would have considered the same thing.

Same here, you wish them the best of luck. Never worry about the ones you loose, worry about the ones you get.

It seems to work out every year in recruiting. Remember TM7 took two camp visits and left without an offer. He ended up at LSU, look how that one turned out. Les and his staff has done one of the better jobs in finding talent. They will continue this.

I never worry about talent on this team, Les and staff handles it just fine. There was a ton of unansered questions before the season, we have answers now, why worry?

I would love it if we could get every kid in the state that we wanted but it will not happen most years. Every college loses in state players that they covet each year. Alabama looks like they are are losing 3 of Alabama's top 5 rated players to FSU. Another has committed to Auburn.

The top rated recruit in Florida has committed to UGA, the 4th ranked one is committed to Bama.

Looks like UGA is losing the 3rd and 4th rated Georgia players to FSU and Bama.

3 of the top 5 rated players in Tenn. are going out of state.

Hell even the top rated player in Tx is committed to FSU, although that's the only one in the top 9.

Thats the way recruiting is every year. Guess some have missed this. We'll see how they finish this class. Right now, no one is signed.
