Well, I don't know anything about the kid personally, but I know his coach called him a selfish player. And this "mentor" is a bit of sketchy character I wouldn't want around our program.

So, based on what I can tell about him, I would not take him. Now, the coaches can get a lot more valid information than I can, so if they view him as a take then I'm fine with it.

    yep.

i hadnt heard the selfish player part, and honestly dont know a thing about the kid. but everything i have read about his age.... uh, mentor (what a crock) sounds shady.

jeez, it seems like now, not only are kids gonna have to be evaluated closely for character, but those around them scrutinized more closely too.

    between demanding parents and mentors.....:rolleye33:

I have to think that Miles and company do their homework on these kids. Many of the top recruits have egos and its not something unique to Bryce Brown. Funny how the college game humbles some of these guys and Brown may be one of them. Correct me if I'm wrong but LSU has not offered a scholarship but would want him to come and visit ? Either way, I don't have the feeling he will signa LOI with LSU. We'll see, personally I'm keeping an open mind until I have more concrete information. Go Tigers !!!!!!!
