Oddly enough one of their former assistants was on Sirius talking about Belichick last night and they got to talking about the Browns and how things have changed. The Browns turned it around big time when Bill get there. Then mid-season (of his last season as the coach) they announced they were moving to Baltimore and their season was basically over. That was the last good Browns team and the organization killed it, but Bill basically hired every single person that would go on to win either with the Ravens or with other teams. In summary, the Browns are not very smart.
Ingram will never get the chance to be the "feature back" in New Orleans; not Payton's style to hang his hat on 1 running back, though I honestly think Kamara may make him rethink that philosophy. Ingram would probably put up great numbers given the chance to consistently carry the ball 18-25 times a game, but when it comes to getting crucial yards in crucial situations, he will always be hit or miss.
Having the sport's best team on the ropes only to blow it with bad defense and play calling must have made Fournette feel like a LSU Tiger again.
Kamara is the new Sproles... He will never feature because of his size but he will play for 15 years.
Why would his size prevent him from featuring... He's the same size as hof'ers Tomlinson and faulk... Sproles was like 5'6...
17th year in a row I believe an LSU Tiger will be playing in the super bowl. 3 this year. Mills, Jones, and Rickey Jean.
I heard an interview with Jones yesterday. He said he was with the Rams for 5 years and they only won 15 games the whole 5 years. He thought he would never get to a superbowl.
Wish phili had kept Bennie Logan. They tried to resign him but were too close on the salary cap. Andy Reid/KC signed him. One year I think. He was probably who signed him at phili initially.
