    here is another recipe winner.....and use whatever brand of flour and cocoa you want.....key thing it's all done in one bowl....

    WINNERS IN FRY'S COCOA RECIPE CONTEST DEMONSTRATE SIMPLICITY AND CREATIVE FAT REDUCTION

    Susan's Favourite One Bowl Cake
    Yield: 8 - 12 servings

    3 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1/2 cup Fry's Cocoa
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup corn oil
    2 Tablespoons white vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    2 cups cold water

    1. Preheat oven to 350¡F (180¡C).

    2. Using a fork, blend flour with sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

    3. Using the tail end of the fork or a wooden spoon, make three wells in the dry ingredients.

    4. Pour oil in one hole, vinegar in another and vanilla in the third. Pour cold water over top and mix until well combined.

    5. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch (23-cm) square baking pan and bake on centre rack at 350¡F (180¡C) for 45 minutes or until springy when lightly touched in the centre.

    6. TIP
    For a round cake, use a 9 1/2-inch (23 cm) spring form pan. Reduce cooking temperature to 325¡F (170¡C) and bake for 65 to 75 minutes or until springy when lightly touched in the centre.
