You can't reproduce any copyrighted material without the permission of the author. I doubt scout/theinsiders would give that permission since they charge for their articles

You can provide the first paragraph of the artilce, just as scout does..the 'teaser' part, if you provide the source link. Then you just sum up the thoughts of the article in your own words, perhaps offer a quote or two from the player. That is legal and will keep Brett out of court.

I was impressed with DeMarcus, he seems like a really solid individual both on and off the field. He would be a great addition to the Tiger fold, and follow in the tradition of Lavalais, Clayton, Spears, and Webster.
